WOOD SUBLIMATION MACHINE

SUBLIMATION TRANSFER OVENS :

The oven is specially designed for the transfer process that works with the sublimation principle to give wood, marble or special effects to the outer surface of aluminum profiles and sheets. The pattern on a polyester film is transferred to the outer surface of the previously base powder coated aluminum profiles or sheets using vacuum application and heat. Wood effect transfer system consists of a trolley with special vacuum heads, a vacuum pump system, sublimation oven with circulation system and fully PLC control system.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Base color powder coated profiles bagged with poyester film with desired pattern are fixed to the vacuum heads from both open sides and by using the vacuum valve, the air is sucked from the inner side of the bag where work pieces are located, in order to maintain touching of the film to the work piece surfaces. All of the profiles are vacuumed by the same way. After vacuum application finishes, by pressing Start button the carrier goes into the oven. Vacuum pump works constantly during the carrier is into the oven in order to provide maximum efficiency in the transfer. At the end of curing period, carrier automatically comes out of the oven. Compressed air system starts blowing an air into the bags in order to provide un-sticking the film from the profile surfaces.
